Q - How much will my project cost?

A – There are many variables when it comes to organizing your photo collection. The four key factors that affect the cost of the project are: How many images do you have? Does your collection contain physical photos, digital photos, or both? How disorganized is your collection now? How organized do you want your collection to be? I provide reasonable estimates based on known factors, and keep clients regularly updated with the progress I have made. If the project takes longer than expected, I’ll obtain your approval first before proceeding.

Q - What other purchases will I need to make?

A – External hard drives(s): You will need to purchase an external hard drive to store your photos. I will evaluate your computer storage during our initial session. If your computer hard drive is not large enough to store your photos, I may recommend purchasing a second external hard drive. External hard drives are inexpensive and well worth the peace of mind knowing your photos are secure. Cloud storage/off-site backup: I recommend at least one of your back-ups be offsite. We will discuss the many options available to you, some of which require a monthly subscription or purchase to rent or buy cloud storage. Cloud storage advantages include the ability to view and share your photos easily and on many different devices.

Q – Which package is right for me?

A – During our discovery session, we will work together to determine the package that meets the goals you have for your photo library. The simplest solution is to gather all of your photos in one location and create a single library. If you are looking to make your collection functional, the blossom package takes it a step further by adding customizable options to make your collection searchable. The bloom package ensures your photo collection is always up to date. We can help you manage new photos on an on-going basis.
